Q1. What is BASCH?
BASCH is a platform that helps players, organisers, and referees manage real‑world, in‑person sports tournaments across India.
Q2. Does BASCH host online games or virtual competitions?
No. BASCH does not offer digital gameplay, fantasy sports, betting, gambling, or prize money distribution. All tournaments take place at physical venues.
Q3. Which sports are supported?
Tennis, Pickleball, Padel, Badminton, and Table Tennis (and other racquet sports as listed inside the app).
Registration & Tournaments
Q4. How do I register for a tournament?
Login as a Player → select a tournament → tap Register → select category → proceed to payment.
Q5. Where do tournaments happen?
All tournaments happen at physical sports venues shown in the tournament details (address + date/time).
Q6. I can't see the Register button. Why?
Registration is available only for Player accounts. Organiser accounts manage tournaments and do not register.
Q7. Can I participate without paying?
No. Entry fee payment is required to confirm registration unless the organiser has marked the tournament as free.
Payments & Receipts
Q8. How are payments handled?
Payments are for physical tournament participation and are processed via a secure web checkout from within the app.
Q9. Is BASCH selling digital content?
No. BASCH does not sell digital goods, subscriptions, coins, points, or virtual items.
Q10. I paid but registration is not confirmed. What should I do?
Check your payment status in the app. If it still shows pending after 10 minutes, contact support with:
- Phone number
- Tournament name
- Payment reference / screenshot
Q11. Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A digital receipt or payment confirmation is available in your registration history.
Refunds & Withdrawals
Q12. What is the refund policy?
Refunds depend on the organiser's policy and the tournament withdrawal deadline. BASCH facilitates the process but organisers decide eligibility. For detailed information, see our Refund Policy.
Q13. How do I request a refund?
Open the tournament → My Registration → Withdraw / Request Refund (if available), or contact support.
Q14. When will I receive the refund?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Account, Login & OTP
Q15. Why do I need OTP to login?
OTP login ensures secure access and reduces fake accounts.
Q16. I'm not receiving OTP. What can I do?
- Confirm phone number is correct
- Wait 30–60 seconds
- Ensure network is active
- Retry after some time
Q17. Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can permanently delete your account inside Profile → Settings → Delete Account. For more information, visit our account deletion page.
Organiser & Referee
Q18. How do organisers create tournaments?
Login as Organiser → Create Tournament → set categories, dates, venue, rules and entry fees.
Q19. How does referee scoring work?
Referees can enter match scores using the digital scorecard during real matches at the venue.
