Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

BASCH Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("BASCH") is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for our tournament management platform services.

2. Service Subscriptions

Our services are provided on a subscription or per-tournament basis. The following terms apply:

  • Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months/years.
  • Per-Tournament Plans: Refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before tournament start date.
  • Custom Enterprise Plans: Refund terms as specified in your service agreement.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made within 7 days of purchase (for new customers only)
  • Service outage or technical issues preventing platform use for more than 48 hours
  • Tournament cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (minimum 7 days notice required)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already rendered or tournaments already completed
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before tournament start date
  • Custom development or integration work
  • Third-party services or add-ons

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

  • Email us at admin@basch.in with your account details
  • Include your reason for cancellation and any relevant details
  • We will process your request within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

6. Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns about charges or billing, please contact us immediately at admin@basch.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

7. Service Modifications

BASCH reserves the right to modify pricing, features, or discontinue services with 30 days notice. Existing customers will have the option to continue at current rates or receive a prorated refund.
